This dog is not embarrassed at all. People never cease to amaze me. Have a good time exploring this site. There are many more goodies, like this.

Is there any better way to spend a Sunday than drinking and gambling? I don’t think so.
Damn, I’m going to hell, aren’t I?

I’ve been hinting at a muy re-design for a long time now. Little do you know that, by re-design, I mean that I am going to basically change the focus of this site to be little more than a weblog. It’s time for the new era of internet realism to hit themuy.com. I know that there is little chance that the animation portion of this site will ever take off. I haven’t ruled it out, but at least for now Vice Man and the other little ideas tim and I had for this site will have to wait.
I will at least try to be better at writing my semi-daily missives to this site (if you care at all). That’s as much as I am willing to do at the moment. So, look for a “re-design” soon.

Getting ready to head to the beach. Sun, sand, all-night poker. Can’t wait.

Do you consider yourself a person who has a wide taste in music? I try to listen to anything except for teen pop with an open mind.
So, it was weird to me when I popped in a Steve Earl CD (title: The Mountain, file under: Bluegrass) the other night at a poker game I was attending and saw my friends react with disgust and nervous laughter to my musical choice. My friend, Ian McFarlane, thought I had gone completely insane. I had to try to convince him that, yes, I do enjoy this music. It is intricate, has loads of history associated with it, and, as a matter of fact, represents my father’s roots in the backwoods of Kentucky.
So, keep listening, Ian. I might surprise you again when I pop in that Bulgarian Chant CD I’ve had my eye on recently. Please don’t laugh, I can’t hear the music.

Happy July 4th, um, you.

This is pretty damn funny.

Okay, did some minor changes to the site today. If I ever get some more time I will do some slightly more major updates. Tim is working on Viceman and he better finish it soon if he knows what’s good for him. I’ve seen “the dailies” and it’s looking pretty good. By the way, the message board and chat functions of this site have been removed because the respective companies that hosted them went belly up. Damn this internet.

My one thought from the Oscar ceremonies:
Bob Dylan looks like Salvador Dali.

Happy Birthday, Ian.
